Hi, I'm Willie!!
I use my story to empower High School & College Students to begin their career prep by first creating a vision for their life which will serve as their guide and inspiration to career develop and enter the workforce.
WHY?
The United States Department of Education has initiatives to support the development of High School & College Students into a skilled workforce. The Federal Agency believes a skilled workforce is necessary for strong communities and strong economies.
High School and College Students need inspiration and motivation to enter the workforce because the workforce doesn’t resemble the glitz and glam of what success looks like on social media and the internet.

By cultivating their own vision for what success looks like in their own lives, High School & College Students are able to use their vision as their purpose and guide to their Career Development Journey.

WILLIE BARNES JR
FAMILY IS EVERYTHING

In Willie’s dream, his greatest source of pride is marrying the woman of his dreams and building a beautiful family. Willie lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Shakiyla, and their four children, Cee 3, Kaysen, Laekyn, and Leyana. Shakiyla and Willie have not only been happily married since 2016, but they’ve been actively building businesses together since 2015.
Through failing forward in a variety of business ventures, the couple developed a mindset, perseverance, and wisdom that not only serves as the culture within their family, but it's the same perspective and wisdom they use to empower High School & College Students through Willie’s professional speaking.
To Willie, family is everything. When he’s not executing to serve and be of value to others, you can find him enjoying life with his wife and children.
